We start with the very best of sea reared Salmon. I always suggest that for a spectacular and delicious buffet just make a smokery platter and serve with different salads and breads. With no additives or preservatives our smoked fish and meats are an easy and delicious way to eat sensibly and well.. Smoked Pates
These pates are the all time greats! Delicious as a starter, for a light lunch, canapes, snacks, dips - the list is endless. They freeze extremely well and are great served in combination - the smooth spicy trout mousse with the rougher stronger salmon terrine makes a lovely dish. If you want to jazz up the canapes a little topping of trout or lumpfish caviar is brilliant.

Smoked Meats
I prefer to be served our smoked meats in combination with different fruits and salads. I highly recommend the smoked Argyll ham and smoked venison together, as I do the smoked chicken and smoked goose. A smoked meat platter can look quite spectacular with all the different fruits

Marinated Fish
This gorgeous range of marinated fish make a tremendous standby to have in any fridge. In seconds you can have a meal fit for royalty. Just serve with new or creamed potatoes and a good green salad. Serving Tip "Chop marinated herring into 1" pieces and fold in with creme fraiche. Serve as baked potato topping.".
